Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stadium Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of the ballpark, including the turf playing surface and dugouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of the ballpark
  • Operate hand tools, ladders, and other equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Supervise weekly stadium rentals, including college baseball games, high school baseball games, soccer practices, and special events
  • Assist in managing various aspects of Hoots and CarShield Collegiate Games
  • Assist with execution of sponsorship elements around the stadium
  • Oversee the Stadium Operations internship program and game-day staff

Requirements

  • Leadership experience or experience working in stadium operations preferred
  • Facility management/maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
