Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a great school district in Lancaster, California. This is a full-time position with a caseload of 55 students, requiring a Master's degree and active SLP license/certification in California. The ideal candidate will have school experience and be able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including speech therapy sessions and consultation with teachers
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers and psychologists, to support students' academic and social development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license/certification in California
  • 2+ years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
