Job Description

As a Nursing Assistant in our Beaufort Jasper healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Schedule referral appointments and follow up on missed appointments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Distribute patient education materials as directed by the provider to promote health awareness and understanding.
  • Support clinical procedures and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in nursing, preferably in Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, or OB/GYN.
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills are essential for effective communication and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is necessary for this role.
