Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at ExpressPros - Madison. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Identify and diagnose functional issues with equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, such as grinders, drill presses, and others, to make parts and repair equipment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or industrial mechanics
  • Electrical maintenance experience a plus, but not required
