As a key member of our EHR Services team, you'll drive vital projects that have strategic importance to our clients. Your expertise in Epic infrastructure will enable you to partner with clients, collaborate with our consulting and healthcare leaders, and help them capture the benefits of their EHR investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a cross-functional technical resource to organize and execute against core technical objectives, and act as a resource for daily operational issues and prospective client solutioning.
  • Assist leadership and other department team members in the implementation of technical programs or projects, including planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives.
  • Lead technically oriented projects and initiatives, such as technical dress rehearsals, implementation or upgrade testing phases, infrastructure and end-user device discovery, and infrastructure conversion or sizing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare technology, supporting EHRs and EHR IT infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience with Epic infrastructure, or Epic end-user devices, or Epic database administration experience.
  • Ability to work with complex client IT infrastructure, and distill and track work from distinct goals but ambiguous steps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Systems (active or expired) certification in client server infrastructure, database administration, or other relevant technical area.
  • Experience with team management, cross-team communication and leadership skills, and track record of driving successful execution as a team.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
