Customer Service Leader

At Hannaford, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Leader, you'll oversee the Front End department, ensuring that customers receive fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual, assisting the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager, and maximizing sales through excellent customer service. You'll also be responsible for ensuring store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers.
2. Maintain standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual.
3. Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager.
4. Maximize sales through excellent customer service.
5. Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time.
