About the Role

In this key position at InPro Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the production of high-quality metal fabrication products. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for operating a range of equipment, including EDM wire machines and CNC machinery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Metal Fabrication Operations: Assist in secondary metal fabrication operations as directed, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate EDM wire machines and CNC equipment to produce precision metal components.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new metal fabrication processes, improving efficiency and product quality.
  • Equipment Specification: Specify necessary equipment for metal fabrication projects, aligning with company standards and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new employees on metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation, promoting knowledge transfer and skills development.

Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Possess relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) and qualifications, such as metal fabrication experience and ability to operate complex equipment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software, Surfcam, and blueprint reading, with basic math skills and ability to comprehend written and verbal communications.
