Customer Care Associate

Benny's Car Wash is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment, ensuring that customers leave with a positive experience.
  • Sales and Transactions: Process sales and transactions accurately and efficiently, assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking merchandise on shelves and ensuring that the store is well-presented.
  • Register Management: Manage a register and balance sales at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven customer service experience or retail experience.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
