">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with flexible scheduling opportunities to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, New Jersey.
">Responsibilities:

- To provide one-on-one care to our clients with various diagnoses and acuity levels">
- To work flexible shifts, including morning, evening, and overnight hours">
- To travel within Middlesex and Somerset Counties">
- To use electronic charting software to document client information">
- To communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A valid LPN license in the U.S.">
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program">
- A minimum of 36 hours per week">
- Maximum of 3 call-outs per quarter">
- Quarterly performance contingency">
- Fully coded in Trach/Ventilator (T/V), IVM, Pediatrics, Infants, Infant T/V">
