Medical Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our donors and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing donor records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, plasma collection, and medical terminology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
