About the Job:

CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in High Point, NC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide nursing functions, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record
  • Participate in staff development programs and meetings as requested

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
