About the Opportunity

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled BCBA to join our team of professionals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in ABA to conduct assessments, develop individualized programs, and provide support to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as knowledge of assessment tools such as VB Mapp, Vineland, and AFLS.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Create and implement individualized programs based on client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to improve client outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and individualized program development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
