Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, utilizing evidence-based standards and best practices">

- Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations">
- Demonstrate expertise in medication management, adhering to established protocols and minimizing the risk of medication errors">
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current on industry trends and best practices">
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment, supporting the well-being of colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication">
Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut">
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire or within 3 months of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire">
- Possesses basic computer skills and demonstrates proficiency in electronic health records">
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing">
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development">
