Cardiac Monitoring Specialist, Nights at Piedmont Henry Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Piedmont Henry Hospital. This is a full-time position working nights.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing continuous ECG monitoring through assessment of EKG strips and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias. They will possess troubleshooting skills to recognize monitoring problems, identify probable causes, and seek solutions to correct the problem.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain inventories, supplies, hardware, and telemetry transmitters in working condition
- Accurately report malfunctions promptly as applicable
- Conduct regular quality control checks on equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain confidentiality
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- No minimum experience required; however, one year of experience as a monitor technician is preferred
- Certification as a Certified Cardiac Monitor Telemetry Technician (CCMTT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) is preferred
Piedmont Henry Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
