Beautify Salon Experience as a Reception and Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic individual to join us as a Salon Receptionist and Manager. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and an experience that exceeds their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations at the salon's front desk.
- Management, scheduling, and training of reception and stylist assistant staff.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Handling client bookings, payments, and inquiries with proficiency in salon management software.
- Developing and implementing sales techniques to promote salon services and products.
- Managing inventory and ordering front desk supplies as needed.
- Maintaining an organized and clean reception area.
- Crafting engaging content and managing the salon's social media platforms to increase visibility and attract new clients.
- Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Analyzing sales figures, monitoring client feedback, and reporting on front desk productivity to the owner.
- Collaboration with the owner and other team members to set and reach sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a salon/spa environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Training will be provided for Meevo Salon booking system.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and maintain motivation in slower periods.
- Experience in creating and managing a budget is preferred.
- Flexibility to work during peak salon hours, including weekends and evenings.
