Physical Therapist Opportunity at LHC Group

LHC Group, a leading provider of post-acute care services, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our patients in the Back Bay and Beacon Hill areas of Boston. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while providing high-quality care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, working closely with physicians to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Design and implement individualized interventions to improve patient mobility, endurance, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a reliable vehicle.
