Bakery Artisan

Panera Bread seeks an experienced Bakery Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our bakery staff, you will be responsible for preparing, proofing, baking, and topping all our amazing products daily.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to adhering to standards. You must be reliable, able to multitask, have great attention to detail, and work diligently with flexibility.

You will ensure all breads and baked goods are prepared according to Panera's standards and represent the company's Concept Essence and cultural values daily in your role. Primarily, you will work alone with minimal supervision, performing activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation as needed.

We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location. Our benefits package includes health care benefits, flexible hours, extensive training, meal discounts, and real advancement opportunities.
