  • Manage daily operations of your agency effectively
  • Bid on and manage a pipeline of potential clients

Requirements

To join our team as a Farmers Agency Owner, candidates must undergo a thorough background check with satisfactory results.

Licenses and Training:

  • Hold Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses prior to agent appointment
  • Complete a comprehensive training program through the University of Farmers

You will also need to secure a branded office location that meets Farmers' standards at the time of full-time appointment. Additionally, you must have a minimum of one licensed and appointed agency staff member at full-time appointment.
