Medical Assistant/EMT

At WomanCare Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified/Registered Medical Assistant/EMT to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in delivering high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities:- Obtain vital signs and chief complaints while updating patient medical charts.
- Record health history with precision and attention to detail.
- Collect lab specimens and conduct point-of-care testing.
- Prioritize tasks and apply critical thinking skills to ensure efficient patient care.
- Assist providers with exams and patient care.
- Set up for and assist providers with in-office procedures.
- Anticipate patient care needs based on presentation.
- Monitor in-office supply and report when items are needed.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and workspaces.
- Educate and empower patients throughout the medical process.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide and receive support.

- Medical Assistant Certification/Registration required. EMT acceptable but must obtain MA certificate within 90 days.
