Nurse Care Specialist

The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nights team in the Intermediate Care unit. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide specialized care for patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing your critical thinking and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This role requires a current Oklahoma RN license and involves participating in ongoing education and residency programs to support new graduates' transition into professional nursing. You will work collaboratively with our award-winning team to provide exceptional patient care, while maintaining a culture of respect and safety within our healthcare environment.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $57,500 - $94,000, depending on previous work experience. Shift differentials are available, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Qualifications:

  • Current Oklahoma RN license
  • Previous experience in healthcare field preferred
  • Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
