Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT consulting and business solutions organization, and we are currently seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Informatica ETL to lead our data integration efforts. As a Data Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience in application development projects using ETL and Informatica, as well as a proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and software functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Experience interacting with business SMEs from various groups to elicit requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead complex user-centered design analysis activities, including conceptual design, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Perform multiple aspects of requirements specifications, including functional and non-functional specification development, using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
  • Develop requirements documentation, inclusive of user stories, process flows, mock-ups, data flows, and gaps/decision documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate conversation and achieve agreed direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to negotiate and gain consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid planning and organization skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in data integration, ETL, and Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Proven experience in Dimensional Modeling, Data Migration, Data Cleansing, and Data staging for operational sources.
  • Experience in Relational Databases, Flat Files, XML files, Mainframes, Salesforce Objects, Unstructured data files, and Scheduling tools like Control-M and Informatica Scheduler.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
