We are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager to join our team at Round-Peg Solutions (RPS). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SDWAN, LAN, WiFi, and perimeter systems across multiple divisions and sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or medical device organizations. They will also have expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto platforms, as well as CCNP or higher certification.

The Network Manager will be responsible for managing internal and external DNS infrastructure, improving monitoring of networking infrastructure, and ensuring BC/DR for all networked systems. They will also be responsible for managing networking ESPs, cloud services, and interfacing with our Legal group for contract negotiation and renewal.

The successful candidate will have strong technical networking skills, including IP routing protocols, VoIP, QoS, 802.1x, VLANs, IPSec and SSL VPNs, firewalls, load balancing and failover in multi-path environments, RADIUS, NAT/PAT, ACLs/Security Policies. They will also have experience coordinating remote site non-IT staff and network team supervision, working with packet capture and analysis, PKI, internal and external certificate authorities, managing private data centers, environmental monitoring and controls, and power protection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of networking experience
  • Expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto platforms
  • CCNP or higher certification
  • Strong technical networking skills
