Salary and Benefits

This rewarding role comes with an estimated annual salary of $97,500, making it one of the most competitive offers in the industry. Job Description
  • Assume a position on the leadership team, advising teammates on all financial matters and sitting in the Finance Manager's seat.
  • Provide key fiscal management and planning information to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Oversee the issuance of accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including sales comparisons, departmental cost and margin analysis, and income statements.

You will have the opportunity to analyze department performance, work with Operations to improve efficiency, and prepare budget templates to assist in the annual budget process. Your expertise will also be utilized in sales, COG, expense, and cap ex forecasting, ensuring the company remains financially stable and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience and a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Experience in developing projections and budget models, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
