Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative or Community Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling.
- Sales consultations to present our comprehensive marketing program and provide customized solutions to clients.
- Relationship building and maintaining strong connections with local businesses, recommending new products and services as needed.
- Market insights and staying informed about local trends and competition.
- Effective communication and record-keeping, including accurate sales activity records and collaboration with team leaders.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in selling to small businesses (B2B) or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in video conferencing, email management, electronic signature software, and CRM use.
- Valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
