Job Title: Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobile Store Operators. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling T-Mobile products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Sell T-Mobile products and services to customers, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on T-Mobile products and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
