At Crothall Healthcare, we are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Strategic Operations Director.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple clinical engineering accounts across the region. Your primary focus will be on maintaining client relations, ensuring that the highest quality clinical engineering services are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial forecasts and balance programs for multiple clinical engineering accounts within the region.
  • Develop a business plan and budget for the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and control overhead expenses within the region, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead the attainment of financial goals for the region, driving growth and profitability.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend and manage capital requirements to maximize financial returns, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our clinical engineering services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to survey business opportunities, identifying new revenue streams and growth areas.
  • Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates, ensuring that our services remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead the management of productivity and staffing levels, ensuring that regional and divisional goals are met.
  • Monitor period analysis and initiate action plans as necessary, driving continuous improvement and excellence within the region.
  • Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention, fostering long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Administer required client/customer surveys and respond in a timely and effective manner, gathering valuable feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts, upholding our commitment to exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs, ensuring that our clinical engineering services remain responsive to the evolving requirements of our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Five+ years of supervisory experience in clinical engineering with high customer/client contact required.
  • Experience managing multiple clinical engineering accounts, with a proven track record of success.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations, with a strong focus on customer relations.
  • Ability to multitask and establish priorities, managing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership, with a strong commitment to our company values.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
