This position involves providing comprehensive behavioral health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. You will work with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans to address them.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify their behavioral health needs">
  • Develop diagnostic formulations and treatment recommendations based on client assessments">
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when needed">
  • Coordinate referrals to other services and ensure continuity of care for clients">
  • Document service delivery activities according to program standards">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field)">
  • Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts">
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a clinical environment">
  • Satisfactory CORI background check">
  • Valid US-issued driver's license and registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-related purposes">

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
