Job Title: Claims Coordinator

AssuredPartners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines Claims department. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a critical role in processing claims and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit claims information accurately and timely to carriers, ensuring a paper trail for all communications.
  • Document claim details thoroughly in Epic, including claim updates and attachments.
  • Set timely follow-ups and diaries to verify carrier adjuster contact information and claim number, and provide updates to clients and Claims Advocates as needed.
  • Notify Claims Advocates of claim status changes and material changes to low-touch claims.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of related claims experience.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
