This position is ideal for a technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Blue Ridge Medical Center seeks a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team in delivering high-quality imaging services to our community. This full-time role (M-F, 36-40 hours/week) involves performing standard and advanced mammography procedures, including stereotactic biopsies, wire localization, clip placements, and ductograms. You'll assist physicians with interventional procedures like fine needle aspiration and needle localization and be responsible for positioning patients, adjusting equipment, and maintaining image quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Certifications: ARRT/ARDMS certification required; BLS certification (or within 60 days of hire).
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in mammography preferred.
  • Additional: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
