Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a Nurse who can deliver care in an empathetic and compassionate way to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. The successful candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, working as part of a team that supports and relies on each other, and overseeing patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations and machine setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans
  • Oversee patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations and machine setup

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
