Job Opportunity

We are actively seeking a talented Key Account Development Representative to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ market.

This role involves performing in-home sales calls, community networking, and telephone work. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all order paperwork in a timely manner and disseminating information to Customer Service Personnel or Operations as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate in-home moving surveys and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive
  • Effective communication and confident decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to negotiate and customer service or sales experience preferred
