Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and care for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patient communication, cognition, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • 2 years of recent experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups.
  • Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
