Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trip itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Coordinate with field staff, missions, and local groups to ensure successful trip execution
- Prepare and process travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate records of travel schedules, expenses, and security clearances
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to senior-level managers and bureau personnel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in Google Applications, E2 Travel Management System, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal travel regulations and official travel policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
