The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating complex trips, both domestic and international, and ensuring seamless logistical arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trip itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Coordinate with field staff, missions, and local groups to ensure successful trip execution
  • Prepare and process travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate records of travel schedules, expenses, and security clearances
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to senior-level managers and bureau personnel

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Google Applications, E2 Travel Management System, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of federal travel regulations and official travel policies
