About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team at the Austin Independent School District. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including personnel files and financial data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve district goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
