Job Summary

As a Seafood Associate at The GIANT Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and stock seafood deliveries, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and stock seafood deliveries, rotating stock to ensure freshness and availability
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations
* Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Requirements

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
* Job cycles: continual maximum
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
* Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
* Max pull static: 20 lbs.
