Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Renton School District 403. As a vital member of our education community, you will play a crucial role in helping children achieve their full potential through effective communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and addressing the speech and language needs of students with diverse backgrounds and abilities. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
This is a contract position, working on a Continuing basis with an FTE of 1.0. The salary schedule is based on *Current Salary Schedule* with additional compensation for Speech Language Pathologists including IEP Stipend ($2,000), Recruitment and Retention Stipend (4% of Base Pay), and Certification Stipend (2-5% of base pay).
