Dynamic Early Childhood Education Opportunity

The Malvern School, a leading provider of high-quality early childhood education, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Float Teacher to join our team at The Malvern School of Frazer, PA.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional educator who shares our commitment to providing a safe, healthy, and educational environment for young children. As a Float Teacher, you will play a key role in implementing our superior Early Childhood Education program, which meets or exceeds the standards established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

  • You will assist in designing creative curriculum and promoting child-centered learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • You will maintain open communication with parents, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their child's educational journey.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and at least 18 years of age
  • A minimum of 2,500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience working with young children in a licensed facility or equivalent relevant college credits and experience
  • A willingness to pursue a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or degree in Early Childhood Education
