We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Reston Hospital Center, a leading healthcare provider in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time (12-hour) night shift position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

  • As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the medical oncology unit.
  • You will collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, as well as serve as a resource person for staff.
  • Your primary objective will be to support an unparalleled patient experience and contribute to overall departmental performance.
