Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Washington, DC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to drive our brand voice across multiple social media platforms, develop and execute social media content strategies, and deliver real-time insights to inform our overall brand communication plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Transcreate social media content to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our content strategies and optimize our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive measurable conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management or community management.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and best practices.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
