Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health, where we strive to make a healthy difference in people's lives. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They will also contribute to meeting the mission and goals of our facility and Essentia Health, adhering to regulatory requirements as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and provide nursing care to patients, including delegation of tasks to other personnel
  • Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams with medical services and patient transportation
Education and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing. Additionally, they should possess current licensure with the appropriate State Board of Nursing and obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month from date of hire.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $40.83 - $57.30 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, tuition reimbursement/assistance program, paid time off, 401k with annual match, life and disability insurance options, and adoption assistance.

Work Environment

This role is based at Essentia Deer River Hospital, where you will work on a flexible schedule with day/night rotations. The shift starts and ends vary, but you can expect to work approximately 48-72 hours per pay period.
