We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Imaging Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

About the Opportunity

This 13-week assignment offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The Mobile Imaging Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using various modalities, including computed tomography (CT) scans. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate imaging plans
  • Ensure accurate documentation and efficient communication with radiologists and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
