Job Overview

Silver Ridge Fortitude House offers a supportive environment for individuals to receive treatment and achieve their goals.

This position comes with a competitive starting salary of $17 per hour, plus shift differential of up to $1.50 per hour depending on the shift worked.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with intake process and supporting new clients as they transition into the program
  • Maintaining accurate client logs and communicating effectively with staff members
  • Liaising with clients regarding their treatment plans and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to coordinate activities and provide essential support services
  • Conducting regular bed checks and monitoring medication lines to ensure client safety
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in mental health, although not required

Familiarity with facilitating groups or activities is an asset but not necessary.
