Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Abilities Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality care and services are provided to our clients. This includes managing staff, supervising daily operations, and maintaining compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper completion of all required documentation (Medication Administration Records, Progress Notes, Incident Reports, etc.)
- Facilitate client doctor appointments and ensure medication orders are filled accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe facility and observe HFS 83 Standards
- Develop and implement monthly activity calendars and menus tailored to client needs
- Participate in DHS on-site visits and complete plans of correction as needed
- Manage staff hours, attendance, and performance
- Communicate with employees regarding their performance and monitor their attendance
- Coordinate scheduling of employees on whentowork/ADP website
- Give weekly reports of developments at your facility
- Attend all management meetings and complete tasks assigned
- Participate in weekend backup rotation
Requirements:
- No managerial experience needed
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Criminal background check
- Agreement to Abilities Inc. Non-Competition Agreement, Moonlighting Policy, Confidential & Proprietary Information Policy, and Management Team Member Code of Ethics
