We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at South Arkansas Regional Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
* Obtain patient specimens and perform other tasks as delegated by nursing staff
* Provide patient comfort and support, including answering call lights and requests
* Maintain patient stability and report observations to nursing staff
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* One year of experience in direct patient care preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
* Nursing Assistant Certification in the State of Arkansas highly preferred
