Job Overview
The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Industrial HR Director to lead our manufacturing facility in Cook County, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will serve as an HR Business Partner, working closely with plant management to drive business results and meet objectives.

About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for partnering with plant leadership to improve business results, developing effective staffing plans, and guiding the site in leadership development and performance management.

Earned Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to drive business results and meet objectives
- Develop effective staffing plans to hire the right people in the right jobs at the right time
- Guide the site in leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, and salary planning
- Ensure compliance with labor contracts and maintain positive relationships with union officials
- Participate in corporate and departmental goal development, including promoting a positive corporate culture

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; Associate Degree with progressive experience in human resources management
- 5+ years' experience in human resources leadership in an industrial setting
- Experience managing collective bargaining agreements and leading strategic projects to meet corporate goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
