Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electric Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of vehicle systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and service providers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Travel to customer locations as required for initial training and to meet service team goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as battery checks, tire rotations, and oil changes. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on electric vehicles.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing their concerns, and delivering high-quality work.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to plan and execute service strategies for the region, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in automotive or electrical industries.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level experience with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs at waist level and occasionally up to 75-100lbs.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
