Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate project activities, including project meetings, site visits, and communication with project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including project status updates and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic security industry-related experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of access control system operation in commercial applications.
  • Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of video surveillance system operation in commercial applications.
  • Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of security industry troubleshooting methods.
  • Demonstrated experience through industry-related certifications or other assessment tools.
  • Highly organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction project life cycle.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
