Legal Support Specialist

Our law firm is seeking a highly organized and efficient legal assistant to support our attorneys and paralegals in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and review legal documents, including client case updates and closing letters, under the supervision of a professional legal administrator and attorney.
- Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and communicating with clients and courts.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Draft and prepare motions for attorneys and track the status of cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing using daily time records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the firm.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm or professional office environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- College degree preferred, but significant legal work experience will be considered.
