About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of a variety of hot and cold food items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of menu items, including soups, salads, and entrees.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are on hand.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, working closely with our culinary team to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
