Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized upper extremity therapeutic services in collaboration with Orthopedic Hand Surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity dysfunction, promoting effective recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Serve as a resource for local patient care, facilitating referrals and providing expert guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an occupational or physical therapy program.
  • Extensive training in upper extremity dysfunction, including collaborative working relationships with Orthopaedic Hand Surgeons.
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational or Physical Therapist, BLS Certification through American Heart Association, and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Windows desktop application skills and excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $32.01 - $51.15 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
